The Role

Coordinate transversal projects, studies, and data modeling initiatives.
Propose, design, and implement innovative Proof of Concepts (POCs) and experiments.
Develop analytical or predictive models using diverse data (structured, unstructured, documents) to generate business value.
Design modern data exploitation tools to enhance risk understanding and support decision-making.
Collaborate with business teams to translate insights into concrete actions.

What You'll Need

Master's degree (Bac+5) in Data Science, Statistics, or Computer Science.
Essential knowledge of insurance concepts, particularly in professional markets and pricing.
Proficiency in Python, SQL, Streamlit, and ideally Power BI or an equivalent tool.
Understanding of modeling techniques and machine learning algorithms.
Ability to communicate complex results clearly to operational teams.
