ENTER THE GAME

As a Technical Product Manager, you'll join our Technology organization and help shape the future of our internal engineering products and platforms.

Working at the intersection of Product and Engineering, you'll partner with technical leaders, engineering teams and internal stakeholders to define product strategy, prioritize investments and ensure our platforms deliver lasting value to the teams building Betclic's products.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background who wants to expand their impact through Product Management.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC

In this role, your main missions will be:

  • Define and evolve the vision and roadmap of technical products and engineering platforms.
  • Understand the needs of internal users and transform them into valuable product opportunities.
  • Prioritize initiatives by balancing user value, engineering constraints and long-term sustainability.
  • Work closely with Engineering, Architecture and business stakeholders to align priorities and maximize impact.
  • Measure product adoption, collect feedback and continuously improve the developer experience.
  • Promote a product mindset by using data, user insights and collaboration to drive decision-making.

You have a solid technical background and enjoy solving complex problems while keeping user value at the center of every decision.

We're looking for someone who has:

Previous experience as a Product Manager is a plus. Experienced engineers or technical leaders looking to grow into Product Management are welcome.

  • Significant experience in Software Engineering, Platform Engineering, Architecture or another technical leadership role.
  • A strong understanding of modern cloud-based architectures and large-scale distributed systems.
  • Experience working on technical platforms, developer tools or internal products.
  • A genuine interest in Product Management and product strategy.
  • Strong stakeholder management, prioritization and communication skills.
  • A data-informed mindset and the ability to balance short-term needs with long-term vision.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.

WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?

If your application is selected, Mathilde will contact you within a week for a 30-minute HR pre-screening.

You’ll then be invited to take the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation, and reasoning).

Within two weeks, you’ll have a Technical & Product interviews.

Finally, Mathilde will welcome you for the final HR interview, where you’ll go over your AssessFirst results together.

To provide the best possible candidate experience, Betclic’s recruitment process takes an average of 4 to 6 weeks
