African proverb
Professional background
Natalie started her career as an occupational psychologist in the non-profit sector, working with the UN in East Africa, where she was responsible for fundraising and educating underprivileged youth in Nairobi. She then moved to the private sector, holding various corporate roles, such as assessment and recruitment consultant at DELL EMEA, Head of Talent Europe at Yahoo! and EMEA Leadership Development consultant in the executive education sector at CCL.
She also served as Global VP Organizational Effectiveness at Infosys (India/UK based) and as Chief Talent Officer in the engineering consulting sector. Her career spans diverse cultures, geographies and sectors and is defined by a deep interest and expertise in analyzing, understanding and developing people. Known for her hands-on leadership approach, she excels in client relations, business development, and inspiring individuals to perform at their best.
Coaching expertise
Natalie’s multicutural upbringing—raised in Rome by German parents—her education (German school in Rome, UK universities), and her international work experience (US, Africa, Asia, Europe and Middle-East) combined with a deep curiosity for learning and understanding people’s behaviors, led her to apply her psyhological expertise as a leadership facilitator, coach and psychotherapist.
She believes that enhancing self-awareness and lifelong learning through coaching not only helps individuals and teams become better versions of themselves but also fosters an authentic, human, and engaging leadership culture where people can be themselves and thrive. Her coaching methodology is characterized by an integrative approach, encompassing behavioral, goal-oriented, appreciative inquiry, and systemic coaching. She also incorporates psychometric assessments and 360-degree feedback when appropriate.
