About the role:

As IT Manager, you will take ownership of Lengow’s internal IT environment, ensuring our 150 employees across Nantes, Paris and Barcelona have access to secure, reliable and efficient systems and tools.

Reporting directly to the CTO, this is a hands-on role combining day-to-day IT operations with longer-term improvement and migration projects. You will operate with a high level of autonomy, prioritise across a broad IT scope, support and guide an IT apprentice, and coordinate external IT providers.

Beyond day-to-day operations, you will have the opportunity to shape and continuously improve Lengow’s Corporate IT environment, with real ownership over how our tools, infrastructure and processes evolve.

Your main responsabilities:

IT operations and user support

  • Ensure the continuity and quality of internal IT services.
  • Manage and prioritise support requests and operational incidents.
  • Support employees across Windows, macOS and Linux environments.
  • Coordinate escalations with software, hardware and service providers.
  • Define and monitor service levels, recurring incidents and operational priorities.
  • Support and guide the IT apprentice in daily operations.

  • Administer Google Workspace, Active Directory and the main corporate SaaS applications.
  • Manage the complete lifecycle of user accounts, including groups, roles and permissions.
  • Maintain and improve SSO, MFA and role-based access management.
  • Manage endpoint configuration, patching, encryption, antivirus and device compliance.
  • Manage the lifecycle and inventory of laptops, mobile devices and IT equipment.
  • Prepare and improve employee onboarding and offboarding workflows.

Network and infrastructure

  • Operate and maintain the internal network infrastructure across the Nantes, Paris and Barcelona offices.
  • Administer network infrastructure including switching, routing, Wi-Fi, VLANs, firewalls and access-control systems.
  • Operate Lengow’s internal infrastructure hosted primarily on Google Cloud Platform.
  • Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and LDAP/LDAPS and related identity services.
  • Maintain secure remote access and connectivity between users, offices and cloud environments.
  • Troubleshoot network, system and connectivity incidents.

Security and compliance

  • Maintain endpoint security, patching, encryption and vulnerability-remediation processes.
  • Monitor the security status and compliance of employee devices.
  • Support the response to internal security incidents and remediation plans.
  • Maintain security procedures and participate in continuity and recovery tests.
  • Contribute to customer security questionnaires, audits and due-diligence requests.

SaaS, vendors and projects

  • Administer and maintain Lengow’s portfolio of internal SaaS applications.
  • Manage IT contracts, licences, renewals and supplier relationships.
  • Negotiate with vendors and challenge technical and commercial proposals.
  • Monitor IT spend and identify opportunities to simplify the toolset and reduce recurring costs.
  • Lead Corporate IT projects and continue the modernisation and standardisation of Lengow’s IT environment.
  • Improve processes and automation, maintain documentation and build the Corporate IT roadmap with the CTO.
