HR Business Partner

The role combines strategic business partnering across the Sales and Marketing organizations with the coordination of HR support for the support functions, leading a team of two: a Support Functions HR Coordinator in France and a local HR in Italy; while staying close to field and leadership teams day to day.
- Strategic HR Business Partnering
- Act as a trusted HR partner and business partner for the Sales & Marketing management Team
- Partner with senior leaders on organizational topics, team effectiveness, and leadership capability
- Support managers and leaders in their decisions, and constructively challenge them to strengthen leadership effectiveness
- Stay close to field and operational teams to build trust and support daily challenges
- People & Talent Development
- Lead key HR cycles: People Review, merit review, performance management
- Support recruitment and onboarding across Sales, Marketing and support functions
- Drive a strong talent mindset, including succession planning and development of critical commercial roles
- Guide employees in their development pathways and internal mobility
- Employee Relations & Social Climate
- Maintain a positive social climate across your scope and handle Employee Relations matters with fairness and confidentiality
- Contribute to social dialogue and work with employee representatives where applicable
- Ensure fair and consistent people practices across the different countries and cultures in scope
- EMEA Coordination & Team Support
- Animate and coordinate the HR support for your scope, working closely with the Support Functions HR coordinator and the local HR in Italy, supporting their development and day-to-day effectiveness
- Ensure a functional HR link with the subsidiaries (Spain, Turkey, Algeria) and the Export zone (Middle East), ensuring locally compliant and culturally relevant practices
- Act as a senior member of the broader EMEA HR community and share best practices
- Support cross-country people initiatives and ensure alignment across the Sales, Marketing and support-functions population
- HR Processes & Continuous Improvement
- Use HR data and systems to support decisions and continuously improve people processes
- Contribute to digital HR transformation projects and tools
- Support engagement and culture initiatives (D&I, feedback culture, change management)
- Strong business partnering & influencing at senior level
- Ability to manage & develop an HR team
- Operational field presence and hands-on approach
- High judgment in complex, multicultural situations
- Strong knowledge of French employment law & social relations
- Fluent French & advanced English (written and spoken)
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with execution
- Clear and impactful communication with stakeholders
- Master's degree in HR, Labor Law, or a related field; HR certification a plus
- 5+ years of HR generalist / HRBP experience
- Strong international profile
- Proven experience managing or coordinating HR professionals across different locations
- Fluent French & advanced English; an additional language is a strong plus given the international scope
- 1 day/week remote working, depending on the position
