We are looking for a Strategic Account Manager Healthcare & Pharma Europe F/H to develop and grow a portfolio of strategic pan-European customers. Reporting to the Healthcare & Pharma Sector Market Leader, you will develop trusted partnerships with key pharmaceutical customers while ensuring operational excellence across Europe.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and develop a portfolio of strategic Pharma accounts across Europe.
Define and execute European Account Plans to drive profitable growth.
Build relationships with Procurement, Supply Chain and Executive stakeholders.
Lead pan-European commercial negotiations and coordinate international tenders.
Ensure consistent commercial and operational execution across multiple countries.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver customer commitments.
Monitor account performance through financial and operational KPIs.
Identify supply chain optimization opportunities and continuous improvement initiatives.

Profile

Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain or equivalent.
8–12 years' experience in transport, logistics or supply chain.
Proven experience managing international strategic accounts.
Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare logistics is an asset.
Strong commercial, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent English is required; an additional European language is a plus.
