Join Us at the Forefront of Quantum Computing Innovation

As Quandela scales its commercial activities worldwide, we are creating a Sales & Business Operations role to build the operational backbone of our go-to-market engine. You will join the Commercial team and report directly to the Chief Operating Officer. You will work closely with Sales, Business Development, Partnerships, Marketing, Finance and Legal.

Our revenue model is diverse and complex. It includes on-premise quantum computers, cloud access to our QPUs, software and services, public and sovereign contracts, and strategic partnerships. Deal cycles are long, deal sizes are significant, and each opportunity involves many stakeholders. Your mission is to bring structure, visibility and predictability to this engine. You will turn data into decisions and help the team grow efficiently

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue planning, business operations & strategic support
    • Own the sales forecasting process and pipeline reviews, giving leadership accurate visibility on bookings and revenue
    • Build the annual and quarterly commercial plan with Finance: targets, territories, quotas and incentive plans
    • Define and track key commercial KPIs, and prepare performance materials for executive committees and board meetings
    • Support pricing strategy, market analyses and go-to-market initiatives for new offers and geographies

  • Deal desk & contract support
    • Coordinate complex deals end to end: pricing, discount approvals, quotes and bid/no-bid decisions
    • Structure multi-year contracts (hardware, cloud access, services) with Legal and Finance, ensuring alignment with revenue recognition rules
    • Support responses to public tenders and European, national and sovereign programs

  • CRM, tools & processes
    • Own and optimize the CRM and commercial tool stack: data quality, automation, dashboards and integrations
    • Design and document scalable sales processes, from lead management to customer handover
    • Set clear governance: pipeline stage definitions, sales playbooks and account planning templates

Requirements

  • Master's degree from a business school, engineering school or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations or a similar role (strategy consulting followed by an operational role is also welcome)
  • Experience in a B2B tech, deeptech, industrial or SaaS company with complex, long sales cycles
  • Strong command of a CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce) as an admin or power user
  • Excellent analytical and modeling skills (advanced Excel), knowledge of BI tools (Looker, Power BI, SQL...)
  • Structured, rigorous and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership
  • Able to handle ambiguity and build processes from scratch in a fast-growing scale-up
  • Exposure to hardware and/or public-sector contracts is a strong plus
  • Fluent English and French
