About your role

As the TMO Lead of a global luxury retail POS transformation (a standard Oracle Xstore and SIOCS template rolled out to boutiques in around 36 countries, 2027 to 2030, delivered through a Design Pod, a Base Template Pod and regional EU and APAC PODs, under a standard-first 90/10 principle), you will lead the Transformation Management Office and perform the following tasks.

• Own the program operating model and governance: roles, decision rights and named owners across Design, Build, Rollout, Run and Transition, in single-provider and multi-vendor scenarios.
• Run the Quality Control Tower: lifecycle controls, KPIs (right-first-time, build testability, defect injection, quality-gate compliance), RCA closure and an executive scorecard.
• Lead standard-first (90/10) governance with the Design Authority: Adopt-vs-Adapt decisions, deviation register and template conformance reporting.
• Own market onboarding and business readiness: scoping criteria, readiness checklists, training, cutover and go-live support for each wave.
• Lead the change management and adoption plan for boutiques and regional teams, with stakeholder engagement across business, IT and vendors.
• Track benefits and value, including productivity and cost benefits from AI-enabled delivery and support.
• Define the transition model to Run: handoffs, ServiceNow-enabled support, weekend and critical-incident coverage and knowledge retention.
• Run the lessons-learned loop between work packages so improvements are reused and defect recurrence falls.

Requirements

About You:

• Have a broad business skill set including stakeholder management with senior business and IT leaders, problem-solving, and resilience
• Are able to say no to overcommitment and unnecessary customisation with a clear rationale
• Have experience building and growing the right-skilled team: one team across PODs, vendors and locations
• Have excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C2 proficiency); French is a strong advantage; willingness to travel regularly to boutiques, regional PODs and client sites. Location: France (preferred, Paris)
• Have proficiency in transformation office, operating model and change management practices, and business process transformation
• Understand quality engineering and SDLC governance: stage gates, Definition of Ready and Done, traceability and test strategy
• Understand retail operations and boutique processes, and the Oracle Retail (Xstore, SIOCS) landscape at an architecture-aware level
• Have knowledge of ITIL and ServiceNow-based support and transition models, and AI-enabled delivery and support
• Have experience governing multi-vendor ecosystems, including interface and handoff agreements
• Are a proactive self-starter who brings fresh ideas and thrives in a challenging environment

Qualifications:

• At least 15 years of experience in transformation or program leadership (Senior Principal: 18+ years, several Fortune 1000 transformations led as director)
• Led a TMO, quality office or transformation office on a global retail or POS rollout covering multiple regions
• Industry experience in luxury, fashion, retail or consumer products; omnichannel and direct-to-consumer exposure
• Experience managing multi-location, multi-cultural and multi-vendor teams; proven references
• Change management (for example Prosci), ITIL, PMP, PRINCE2 or SAFe certification is a plus
