bsport is looking for a Staff Backend Engineer to shape the core data models, authentication, and data ownership across studios, franchises and namespaces. You will build scalable services enabling product teams and millions of users.

You will drive architectural direction, mentor engineers, and work with PostgreSQL, AWS, RabbitMQ, Kafka, Django, and Django Rest Framework to deliver reliable, observable systems and help bsport become AI-native.
