Legal Counsel - Your future role?

As a Legal Counsel in Vernier, Kemptthal, or Avignon, you will support the business on all legal matters. You will provide advice on a broad range of issues, with a focus on commercial agreements. Additionally, you will draft and negotiate main commercial contracts. You will work with the business to help achieve our goals according to corporate guidelines and law. The company will require regular trips to Switzerland.

You Will

Provide legal advice to the Taste & Wellbeing division worldwide
Negotiate and draft all types of agreements between us and our partners
Review the legal aspects of multiple documents, guidelines and procedures and other documents used by us, both internally and externally
Handle claims and litigation
Co-operate with outside counsel where required

You Have

Master of Law & admitted to the bar
5+ years of experience in a law firm or corporate law department
Fluent English and French
French or Swiss legal background
Ability to influence, negotiate and build productive working relationships
