Tenacy seeks an experienced HR leader to design and run the talent function for a SaaS scale-up in Lyon. You will own end-to-end hiring, onboarding design, performance cycles, and engagement strategy, partnering with the CEO and leadership to shape culture and the organisation.

You will coach managers, drive talent acquisition, ensure French employment law compliance and CSE relations, and simplify processes using AI tools. Fluent English and French required.
