Alice & Bob is seeking a Chief of Staff, People & Culture to scale our 250+ team as we build the first universal quantum computer. You will own cross-functional People programs from problem framing to delivering results, reporting to the Head of People and partnering with company leaders.

You will shape OKRs, workforce design, AI-enabled processes, and internal communications, while guiding governance, CSE relations, and change management.
