About the FTQC Team
We are the company’s forward-guard, working to identify the best paths forward for our technology, its architecture, and its applications in quantum computing. We study hybrid spin-optical architecture, fault-tolerance, logical gates, magic states and we push the limits of Quandela's technology.
Description of the Project
This internship aims at developing novel fault-tolerance strategies for Quandela's SPQOC architecture.
The project explores how this architecture could be extended with high-rate quantum codes to improve encoding density without sacrificing reliability or computational flexibility.
Develop practical experience with simulation of fault-tolerant circuit, quantum LDPC codes, and architecture design.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the FTQC group meetings and meet regularly with supervisors;
- Develop an understanding of existing methods for simulating and evaluating fault-tolerant circuits;
- Develop knowledge on high-rate qLDPC codes and on the SPOQC architecture;
- Contribute to the implementation of concatenated high-rate codes on SPOQC's bi-planar architecture;
- Present your work internally.
